Once payment has been confirmed, your order is usually processed on the same or next working day.
However, the delivery time may vary due to various factors:
- Time of order: Orders placed before 3.30pm are more likely to be dispatched the same day, but this is not guaranteed.
- Warehouse availability: If the products are in different warehouses, additional time (1 to 2 working days) may be required to consolidate the order.
- Weekends and public holidays: Orders placed on Fridays (after 3.30pm), at the weekend or on national holidays are only processed on the next working day.
- Customs clearance (international shipments): The estimated time does not include possible customs delays, which are beyond our control.
- Courier: The delivery date shown on the website is an estimate. Unforeseen delays may occur on the part of the carrier which are beyond Ludimusic's control. We recommend that you track your order using the tracking link sent to you by email after it has been dispatched.
