The company Ludimax.com Trading, Lda, with the single registration and tax number 505372533, with registered office at Rua Porto da pedra, nº 9 2475-898 Turquel, municipality of Alcobaça, declares that it carries out the activity of credit intermediary on an ancillary basis, a category provided for in article 6(1)(b) of Decree-Law 81-C/2017, is REGISTERED with BANCO DE PORTUGAL under number 1394 and authorised to provide the following credit intermediation services:
- Presentation or proposal of credit agreements to consumers (article 4, paragraph 1 a) of Decree-Law 81-C/2017);
- Assistance to consumers by carrying out preparatory acts or other pre-contractual management work (Article 4(1)(b)),
Ludimax.com Trading, Lda has signed non-exclusive binding contracts with the following lenders:
- BNP PARIBAS PERSONAL FINANCE, S.A. - BRANCH IN PORTUGAL;
The types of credit agreements you are brokering are loan agreements and credit card use agreements.
Ludimax.com Trading, Lda is not authorised to receive or deliver any amounts related to the formation, execution and early fulfilment of credit agreements, under the terms of article 46 of Decree-Law 81-C/2017 of 07/07.
Finally, it should be noted that Ludimax.com Trading, Lda has signed the following insurance contract with Hiscox, S.A. Sucursal em Portugal, with registered office at Atrium Saldanha - Praça Duque de Saldanha 1, 5º, 1050-094 Lisboa, NIPC 980595185, registered with the CRC of Lisbon, covering civil liability for the activity of credit intermediary:
- Policy No. 2510980
